Observatory Conjunction by Stuart McNair
The much anticipated conjunction of Venus, Jupiter and Mars was captured by nightscape photographer Stuart McNair in the morning twilight of October 26. Cloudy skies turned clear as the trio rose above the administration building of the David Dunlap Observatory in Richmond Hill, Ontario.
McNair captured the image at 6:50 a.m. on October 26, 2015. It is a 4-second exposure at ISO 3200 with a Rokinon 24mm lens at f/5.6 on a Canon EOS 6D DSLR camera.
