Moon Jet by Gerry Kaiser

Moon Jet by Gerry Kaiser“Luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity.” This truism is attributed to Roman philosopher Seneca and summarizes a great deal of what photography is about. It’s one thing to see a remarkable juxtaposition of elements, it’s another to have a camera ready when that occurs. Windsor, Ontario, photographer Gerry Kaiser was in the right place at the right time and with his camera ready when this jet airliner flew in front of the partially eclipsed Moon on the morning of April 4. Now we can all enjoy the fruits of his good “luck.”
